I desire Holy Baptism for myself because I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ gave us Holy Baptism for our Salvation. I believe the Holy Bible, which says that by Holy Baptism we enter into a relationship with God; that God makes us His Children. I desire to remain a member of the Holy Christian Church forever. With the help of God, I intend to assume all the responsibilities of a Christian. With the help of God, I promise that I will attend worship services in church, and to attend Christian instructions in Confirmation classes when the time comes.
